Team Leader / Supervising Officer
Job Duties

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; registered social worker, or other helping professions (e.g., counseling, theology, etc.)

At least 5 years of relevant experience for Service Team Leader; 8 years or more for Program Supervisor

Familiarity with school and NGO collaboration, with experience in school support services
-
Training in personality tools, workshops, or facilitation experience is an advantage
Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience, education, and ability; long‑term contract

5‑day work week (after probation, one day per week work‑from‑home)

12 days of annual leave, increasing with years of service , medical insurance provided
